Founded 2008, Oktoberfest is the major community fundraiser for Onslow Community Outreach, a nonprofit umbrella organization for the Onslow Soup Kitchen, Homeless Shelter, Caring Community Clinic, Benevolence Assistance Program and Christmas Cheer.
