Enjoy the sounds and tastes of Baraboo Oktoberfest as this ethnic festival brings bands, beers and games to the Circus World grounds
Live bands, food trucks, traditional pub contests and local brews will take over the historic site for the afternoon and evening. It's a perfect fit, as the Ringlings and so many other circus impresarios – have German roots.
Live music will feature Big Griffy Jim and the Polka Dots as well as our headliner, the Blue Olives.

This year's festivities will be led by Fest Masters Matt and Jackie Jurvelin. Both of these longtime Baraboo residents are Oktoberfest aficionados, having attended dozens of such festivals. In fact, Jackie attended her first Oktoberfest in her hometown of La Crosse as an infant, and has only missed that event twice in her life!
she and husband Matt will tap the golden keg at Circus World, officially commencing Baraboo Oktoberfest. The couple also will judge the costume contest and preside over the stein-holding competition.
